Open to anyone who wants to improve their 360 mace swing regardless of what mace you have.

Important points to know:
The clinic will be a 1.5 hour long interactive Zoom call, a link to join the call will be emailed out ahead of the clinic along with a couple of reminder emails
To get the maximum benefit from the clinic it is recommended participants submit a video of their current 360 swing by email to alex@magicmacebells.com prior to the clinic
It is also reccomended for participants to bring their mace to the clinic and have space to swing live on the call if they are comfortable doing so

What makes a dynamic, powerful, efficient and safe 360
Cues to correct shoulder and elbow position, to add counterbalancing and weight transfer, to add spinal rotation and flexion
Review of and identification of improvment points in participant submitted videos
Live swinging tuition and adoption of cues to improve participant swings
